The project went well with the other company.
Description of Work: We were remodeling our complete living space (sans bedrooms, baths, etc). We moved the kitchen, opened up walls and enlarged the family room which became our great room. We really liked the gentleman from Distinctive but the minute we mentioned that we were waiting for another bid, we never heard from him again. He was 30%+ higher than the company we used.

I didn?t use Randy because of the cost. The quote was for $72500. He was very responsive. He drew up the plan and came out 3-4 times for the plan adjustment. He was also very slow at providing me with references. I used another company that was well recommended and was not so expensive. I will not use this company again in the future because of the cost.
Description of Work: Home Improvements gave me a quote for redoing my living space, dining room, kitchen, and family room. He gave me the quote two months ago..

I have used this contractor for several projects over many years. I have always been pleased with the quality of work, design suggestions and follow up on any issues. You can certainly find cheaper contractors, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Remodeling of condo including closet and wall relocation, fabrication of built in storage, drywall, painting, floors refinishing, etc.
