TV Service - Cable
A service person said the phone service thing doesn't work and it's best to talk to a person. She sent a signal to the box and that didn't work. I called a third time and another agent said he would send a signal but also offered to send a technician out. I did not want to wait around for a tech, so I'm going to drive to an office and exchange the box. This is the second box for the same TV in 6 months!
