 + -1 moreA service person said the phone service thing doesn't work and it's best to talk to a person. She sent a signal to the box and that didn't work. I called a third time and another agent said he would send a signal but also offered to send a technician out. I did not want to wait around for a tech, so I'm going to drive to an office and exchange the box. This is the second box for the same TV in 6 months!
Description of Work: One of our TV cable boxes is not receiving all the channels. I tried the automatic phone service for a feed. That didn't work so I called back.
