Stereo and Home Theater System Service
I own a 2003 Toyota Celica with an after-market alarm system. One of the remote controls had broken in the past and the plastic case of the remaining control broke in such a way that it would not stay on my key ring. I knew it was only a matter of time before it would be lost or misplaced. The company that installed my alarm was no longer in business. Oakbrook Toyota referred me to Chicago Parts and Sound. Initially, they were to replace the cover on the broken remote and sell me a replacement for the one I no longer had so I would have two. They took care of me promptly ( and have great magazines in their waiting area). When the technician opened my ten year old remote to clean it, he found it was "cruddy." So he gave.me a new one for that remote as well. In addition, he came out to the car with me in the rain, tightened the valet switch, and showed me how to override the system and put my car in valet mode. This type of service is outstanding! I was so relieved and happy.
