The first time I was billed for a questionable number of plows it took three communications to get a response. This last time I sent the national weather record along with my email and asked for an explanation. It has been 2 weeks and still no response. I have an on-site manager who was keeping tabs and track of this company. The last bill for a plow was with 0.6 inches of snow. There is a 2" minimum clause in the contract. Besides the issue of "honesty", the lack of response speaks volumes about how they view their customers. Joe will call you back immediately when he is looking for new business, just don't expect a callback when you become a customer.
