Description of Work: We have been very pleased with brancato landscaping for several years now. Not only are they easy to work with but they have done excellent work these past years. In the summer they service our lawn weekly since we do not have the time and they have never missed an appointment. This past fall we actually had them install a new driveway for our home made out of brick pavers. I was a little worried that the whole process would take a long time and we wouldnt have a driveway for months but they actully got the work done in one week and it looks great. Although this winter is mild we have their company service our commercial property for snow removal in the winter. They have always sent updated weather reports and been on location salting when there is a threat. I must say every experience I have had with their company has been great and Joe is a great guy. They are to the point and do great work. I would highly recommend their company to anyone and everyone.

 + 0 moreThe first time I was billed for a questionable number of plows it took three communications to get a response. This last time I sent the national weather record along with my email and asked for an explanation. It has been 2 weeks and still no response. I have an on-site manager who was keeping tabs and track of this company. The last bill for a plow was with 0.6 inches of snow. There is a 2" minimum clause in the contract. Besides the issue of "honesty", the lack of response speaks volumes about how they view their customers. Joe will call you back immediately when he is looking for new business, just don't expect a callback when you become a customer.
Description of Work: Signed a per plow snow removal contract for 2010-2011 season for a small apartment complex in NW Cook County.
