Overall all, it was okay. The carpeting worked out well in the FR with an eight lb. pad (it is a commercial grade, moderate traffic Mohawk. Upstairs, Bill suggested minimal padding for wear...however, after it was installled, we found out it was a 32 OUNCE pad...feels like we are walking on concrete. Additioally, pieces of our old caret were left in our back yard and in the house. Clean-up was ver...

He is really good and has been very helpful. He comes on short notice and is very pleasant and easy to deal with. He works with whatever your particular needs are and does not try to sell you a package.

I used Bill’s Carpet Service and he came out and got rid of the water from our basement from the water seepage we had and put down an antibacterial and fungicide material.

The 3 young men arrived at 10:30 am and the job was finished to my satisfaction at 4:00 pm. The only furniture they had to move was a pool table. They were, as were all of the people I dealt with, very congenial, but focused on the job. From initial contact, me walking into the showroom to completion of job was about 5 working days.
