AMERICAN EAGLE GARAGE DOORS

We had them out here to go over what we wanted. They answered our questions clearly. A week later they were here to replace the door. The living room shares a wall with the garage and I expected a certain amount of noise. There wasn't any. We have a beautiful new garage door.

Poorly. Service person,Alex,was never once professional with me. Tone/manner indicated he didn’t like doing business w/a woman. Overall treated me as if I was an incompetent boob. Will not do business with them again & will advise anyone else not to use them either.

I had a broken garage door spring about 4 years ago and had American Eagle replace both door springs. When I recently called about another broken spring, I was told that the cost would be $145 to replace it, so I asked about their warranty. The company called the morning of the repair to say that the warranty expired 3 months prior. During the repair, my wife called me at the office and put Sam the repair tech. on the phone. In very broken English, he said that both springs should be replaced and tried to charge double, and then offered a discount. When I said no, he got angry. While he finished the repair, he was scaring my wife the way he was acting and banging things around in the garage. I tried calling the company that day to talk to a manager, and couldn't get through to anyone. I called the next day to complain and the conversation got heated, and the person hung up on me. I will never do business with this company again, and suggest that you don't either. Their bait and switch tactics and terrible customer service were atrocious.

Overall, a very good experience. I worked with Adam (owner), Kyle and Alex. All were very professional at every stage of the process, and everything was completed on the schedule as promised. I would use American Eagle again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

American Eagle was awesome. I called at 9:15 AM Monday morning to see when someone would be able to come out. They stated someone could be out between 11AM-1PM. The service technician was there within an hour! Omar was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He did a thorough job in replacing the spring and checked the sensors on the garage door opener as they weren't working correctly. We ultimately had him replace the sensors as well. The total cost for the job was $300 which I thought was fair. I would use them again as they were an all around good company.

It went smooth, the service was performed on the same day, punctual. In addition to the springs we had the hardware also changed as recommended by the technician

Christmas Eve and Garage door spring broke. Try to open the garage manually but unable to open it. Call few places and American Eagle gave me the best price. Technician arrived at the stated time. Replaced the springs and door was working fine. Really appreciate coming on Christmas Eve and did a good job in a reasonable price and time. I would highly recommend American Eagle for any garage work.

I was impressed that on the second call, the technician spent a lot of time checking everything out but didn’t charge for the second service call since there was nothing he could do. I don’t know if the prices I had paid are in line with what contractors charge, but I appreciated that there was no charge for the second service call. Each time he came out, he explained everything carefully and gave me options on what to do, as well as the related pricing. I never felt pressured to do anything and basically on the third call, decided to replace the opener and sensors because I didn’t want to deal with the issue anymore. If I need garage door work again, I’ll go with these guys because I felt that I was being dealt with honestly.

He came promptly on a Sunday and was very professional.  He explained what was to be done prior to doing the repair.  He completed the repair quickly.  We also had additional needs of fixing the light on the opener and a strip at the bottom of the door.  He fixed both and was able to supply us with another garage door opener as we lost one.  He was very accommodating.  The total for all services was $344.00, which was less than we were quoted by another provider.  We would recommend this company as a 5 star provider.  We will definitely use them again!!!

What a great job and experience!    The gentleman that came to my house provided great service.   He called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way.   He walked me thru everything and even showed me how to do maintenance on my garage door that I never knew about that will help maintain the hardware but also cut down on the noise of the door when opening and closing.    Just an overall great experience.    The whole visit took less than 30 minutes and the door works and sounds better then ever.    Thank you so much!

Great! Repair man did a great job

A friend actually recommended American Eagle so I checked them out on Angie's List. They had a coupon special going for $30 off spring replacement so good timing for me. Very responsive on the phone. Arrived right on time. Work completed in a timely manner.

The gentleman came by within a couple of hours of my call, put the door on its track, and was on his way. Very efficient work.
