Great price, great courtesy. He also checked into a couple of other things very quickly while he was there. He was nice, down-to-earth, and a straight shooter. You can't ask for a plumber more reasonable, and he always follows up. I also liked that he brought a helper with him, and that he checked to see if I already had a replacement water heater.

I prefer the independents and I've had him out here four times. He is reasonable on his price and he does have a helper when he gets backed up.
