Concrete Repair
They were darn good. I just got a lower price so I went with somebody else. I liked the attitude of the salesman and he explained everything. It he hadn't been so high I would have gone with them because I think they would have done a good job. I was on a little bit of a budget so being over $4,000 was too much. They came exactly when they said they would.

They are very nice people. They had to come out three times to rework the design because of the city's rules. I would recommend them to anyone. They are not the cheapest but I think it is worth the price.

SOD INSTALLATION: WORK COMPLETED AS OUTLINED IN CONTRACT. I HAD TO ASK FOR (AND PAY ADDITIONAL FOR) ADDITIONAL SOIL TO BE ADDED. VIP'S REPRESENTATIVE, DAVE, IS PUNCTUAL AND COMES OUT TO INSPECT THE WORK AS IT IS BEING DONE. LAWN MAINTENANCE: THEY ARE RESPONSIVE. I REQUESTED THAT THEY USE THEIR SMALLEST MOWER ON MY YARD AND THEY DO SO. MOST BIG MAINTENANCE COMPANIES PREFER TO ONLY USE THEIR COMMERCIAL SIZE MOWERS.
