I have friends with Sprint and ATT. They tell horror stories about their experiences with customer service. They can't believe I can call and talk to a live, polite, person at 11 pm on a Saturday and save money off my bill for the trouble.

I purchased a Verizon MiFi hotspot, and have had to replace it 4 times in about a year and a half. They freeze up constantly, only last 3-4 months, and the reception is terrible (and I am in the middle of a major metropolitan area where they assured me I would have 4G). One of their representatives at a local Verizon store said they have had really bad luck with these hotspots and have had to replace a number of them. My original unit and the 3 replacements have all done the exact same thing; they just freeze up and have to be rebooted several times during any given session. I called their Customer Service department and they said they would put in a ticket and get back to me. That was 3 months ago. I like the concept of being able to take a hotspot with me and use multiple devices, but I would discourage anyone from buying this particular brand, it's just not a good product.

I use them because their DSL line is supposed to be particularly good. I make international calls and I have never had a problem; they are pretty stable.They are always professional.

I have been with Verizon for four years. All was well until I signed up for additional 2yrs. Now I am being charged for overages at the rate of an additional $100.00 a month. even though my computer using habits have remained the same. When I was at the 3gb plan I alwas was close, but never over. To be safe I switched to 4gb and then I am being billed for 14gb. The company response was: We checked and there is nothing wrong, you must pay the bills. I am looking to switch IP but am afraid to make another error in judjgent.

We have been using Verizon Wireless for about 3-4 years. My experience has been good. I haven't had any problems where I've needed to contact customer service. They are a little bit higher in price than what we had previously. I will continue to use this company.

We have got the whole package at it's about $ 230 a month. They have been good reliable servers and have got good services. They have treated us really well and we are long time customers with them. I would use them again in the future; I don't plan on giving them up.

I have not been overall extremely satisfied with my experiences with Verizon Wireless. I would describe their customer service as marginal. When I can, I use the local store to handle my issues. The service is adequate. The biggest drawback is the 2 year contract. I don't think that they should be locking people into 2 year contracts. I will continue to use them as I am in a contract with them.

They have been fine. We have five telephones on our account. They cost less money than other places. We haven't really had any problems. They are saving me money over my past experiences. I had a problem with my telephone and they were unable to fix. It's not keeping me from using it though. They were punctual at attempting to fix it.

We've been with them for nine years. They are pretty good. There are little bit problems. We chose them because they had the best package that time, they were about the best available in our area and they had wide coverage. They worked out well for us. The time is gone on and we remain satisfied with the system and their service. The price is okay and the quality is pretty good. They are responsive.

I was unaware that I could get a better rate for making international call if I added the internation service to my cell phone. I just happen to ask customer service if they had such a service and was told they did.

The service was overall very poor. We were misled in a number of ways when we signed the contract. We were shown many features of the phones (camera, blue-tooth etc) but *not* that, unlike other companies, Verizon has blocked them. Features can be unlocked only if one pays monthly fees, a separate fee for each feature. When signing, we were explained that the termination fee is $175. No one mentioned though that this cost has to be *multiplied by the number of added lines (+2 in our case, adding up to $525) even if combined in a family plan. All this is probably written somewhere in small print, but this is not the way one would expect a major company to conduct business.
