ALSO, GREG TYSON WAS WILLING TO OVERSEE AND HELP ME SELECT INDIVIDUALS TO PERFORM SPECIFIC WORK SUCH AS PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL. I AM CURRENTLY DECONVERTING THE RENTAL FROM A 2-UNIT TO A 1-UNIT FOR APPROXIMATELY $10,000 AND FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT TYSON WILL AGAIN PERFORM WELL. AN ADDITIONAL BONUS IS THE FACT THAT TYSON RENOVATIONS PEOPLE LISTEN TO WHAT I NEED, HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND, AND ARE COOPERATIVE AND GOOD TO WORK WITH.
