Tidy Places, having failed to respond to my two emails regarding very poor and extremely disappointing "deep cleaning," I am submitting my review: First, I called Tidy Places based on reccommendions from Angi's list. Both my wife and myself are not at all happy with the deep cleaning. We wouldn't even consider this a maintenance cleaning. So much not done, too much time for the work performed. Also, there was no mention of a credit card service fee over $10.00. We didn't want to say anything because we didn't want to jeopardize anyone's employment. The flooring, both first and second floors, was not cleaned well, leaving behind very noticeable, un-cleaned spots and smears; The porcelain sinks and toilets could have been cleaned better; I don't know for sure if the upstairs bathroom floors were cleaned, they don't feel or look better; The floor under the beds, both bedrooms, were not even swept, so I'm not sure that the floors were washed. They don't look like it. (I had to point this out to the cleaning woman); The entire shower and glass doors in the master bedroom were overlooked (I had to point this out to her as well); The stainless steel appliances were not cleaned; She shook all the throw rugs inside the house, not outside); TV screen, and glass doors of stereo cabinet, not cleaned, as well as the outer glass doors of the fireplace. It took her eight hours to do what my wife does in one morning. This is Tidy Places's response: Please let us know if you'd like a reclean of the floors, shower doors and your stainless steel appliances. We are happy to schedule a time for you. We can only be successful when we know where we have failed. April is more than happy to return and learn from her mistakes. And that's when the owner told me everything that they DON'T DO! I replied (twice), thank you for offering to return. My wife and I would appreciate that very much. When can you schedule a return visit? IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NO CALL BACK! NICE!

They only had a few rooms to do, not the whole house, but I realized how large the task was once it was done. They did a fantastic job!!!

The first time was good. Bobbi and Nichole did a good job, were punctual and professional The next visit two weeks later seemed to go just as well, but there were a few issues with me not being there and not being able to find certain cleaning items,none of which were moved. I was out of town and my sister in law was there. When I got home a few days later I noticed that all my stainless steel was badly scratched with circular scratches all over every piece. My kitchen had just been fully remodeled. Pam cane by and said that her crew did not do it and that my sister in law must have done it. Who scrubs the front of a dishwasher except cleaning services. My sister in law did not touch any of the stainess steel with anything other than paper towels. She knows better. Pam offered to try to fix it with some product she found. I told her she could try it but that she would need to admit her crew was responsible which she would not do. These are very expensive Thermador stainless appliances. I have filed a complaint with the state and will be filing a lawsuit against them if they do not reply to the State of Illinois. Pan has been very unprofessional. I do not write bad reviews. This is my first. I just want her to fix the damage her crew did!

Called promptly to set up appointment, showed up on time for the appointment and did a great job.

Even after receiving detailed instructions from us, the job was done with the least amount of effort possible. Very average at best. No attention to detail. I could hire someone to do an average job for much less money or to do a much better job for the money we paid.

They're Great! Professional, punctual, a joy to do business with, and they do a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend working with Tidy Places!

We hired Tidy Places for a whole-house deep clean. After working out a scheduling issue, Tidy Places arrived and did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.

Tackled a very dirty house with determination and even agreed to stay an extra hour. Did a great job - so excited to have a clean home! I recommend and will hire to come back again.

Pam was helpful and overall the cleaning service was good. However, on the phone I was told they had a "move in" team, and it would cost $35/hour. They sent one lady at first and then had to send out some additional help and I was charged $35/hour per person which I think is on the high side for cleaning services. I would recommend them, but just be certain on the price going in.

The employee has always arrived on time and gets right to work. I have always been happy with the outcome and on days when I cannot be here, it is great to come home to a clean house!
I would recommend Tidy Places to others.
