They sent me a coupon in the mail. Their next available appointment was 3 weeks out. So, I waited the 3 weeks & 30 minutes before they were to arrive, they canceled. The next time they could squeeze me in would be 3 days later. They may have a good product but they dropped the ball. They should have offered a discount or had someone come out right away.
Description of Work: Waited for an estimator for garage storage solutions.
