Tim and his team arrived promptly on a Saturday. They sealed off the room, had the air scrubber running, they cut out the drywall (up to 2 feet up) on one wall and pulled up the carpet and cut a portion of it out. We had discussed this with him beforehand and said it was ok, since we are going to replace floor covering anyway. He had told us that the mold was contained to the an area along the baseboard, and edge of carpet, and a spot on the wall, but not on the inner foundation. When they removed the drywall, and carpet, he was able to see that there was no other mold. They bagged everything up and removed it from our home, and they disposed of the materials. He treated the floor, wood studs, and concrete with an anti-microbial bleaching compound and an anti-microbial sanitizer. The job took about 90 minutes. Tim was very professional and seemed very honest, which is why we went with his company. He explained that his company is an off-shoot of ProCare, when I asked why the estimate said "Silver Lining Restoration." We are now in the process of sealing up a small crack that was discovered after the drywall was removed, having our concrete sidewalk fixed so it slopes away from the house, and having our gutters replaced!
