Went great. Mike knows his stuff and is great at diagnosing the problem and knowing how to fix it. Plus, I like working with the owner of the company, rather than an unmotivated, poorly trained technician.

The MRA Comfort Solutions staff showed up on time and completed their work in a short time. One person cleaned and checked out the equipment in my unit while the second worked on the external compressor and adjacent parts. I have been very pleased with their work over the last 4 years that I have owned my unit. My equipment is more than 10 years old and they seem to be keeping it operating well. They always provide a full report on the HVAC equipment status and tlist he work performed. I had one occasion where my drain was blocked and I was leaking overflow water onto my neighbor below. They cam out first thing the day after I called and corrected the problem in about 15-20 min.
I live in a 63 unit building and many of my neighbors use MRA's services as well since our association coordinates offering multiple unit maintenance on several selected days to minimze transportation costs. I have never heard any of my neighbors complain about bad service, several neighbors have indicated to me that they are pleased with MRA's work, and the association continues to invite them to offer general maintenance. I am sure this would not be the case if their work was not of high quality.

I had some difficulty with the job, I had a hard time describing what did not go right but it was a difficult installation. The provider could have done things better to make it an easier process. I just kind of fall out of it. I do not want to report something that I cannot adequately describe. He brought an equipment that did not fit in the same place, it was bigger. He did not cover that fact with me. He wanted a coat closet that was important to me. He took out a part of the closet and he put in a partition wall. Forty percent of it the air conditioning unit and sixty percent of it is still coated. He seem to know what he was doing with air conditioning. It was not a cheap system. He was responsive. I would definitely look for another provider.
