We have just moved to the area, and I contacted FIVE different resources from Angie's List. Marcie was the ONLY one that called back. But, she did not get our business by default: she came over to look at our home to give a quote, set up the two ladies who did the cleaning (we loved them, btw -- prompt, thorough, polite, careful), and called to check that everything went well AND to tell me to let her know if we found ANYTHING that was not to our satisfaction.
Overall, a fabulous experience. We plan to use Maids On Time weekly.

I have used them on and off for probably six months. They were always just very timely and very thorough. They always did a great job.

Good experience. They had their own cleaning products, and used ours for our hardwood floors.
