Things went perfectly! This was the 8th project I have used their services for. They have done hardwood floors downstairs and in the hallways. I have never had a problem with her services. Everytime I work with them the project comes exactly to budget and is completed on time. She supervises the projects herself, which is very comforting. Sometimes, I have given her my housekey and she will work while I am at work. She has also done the crown molding in the living room and the hallway and bathrooms. This has been a very positive 15 year relationship that I feel very comfortable in hiring her for any job I need done around the home. She is really good at working in small spaces and finishing the project beautifully. She is also very easy to talk to about financial arrangements and understanding that some people aren't millionaires. I think she has a fabulous business and I appreciate her fine services. I have never had any anxiety during any of her projects.
