Having moved in last year, I had a slew of projects. I found Larry's Home Maintenance through the Del Webb Consumer Show and Angie's List, and I'm so glad I did. Larry and his team of Arturo and Luis are multi-talented, experienced, and willing to take on even the most frustrating projects (and I've had a few). Knowledgeable about building and electrical requirements, Larry is prepared to address a variety of questions and problems. He is currently working on a kitchen project that requires thinking outside the box. This is my new "Go To" Team. They are really nice guys too!

Larry and his helper did a wonderful job and were on time every time. His prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. When you contact Larry by email, his wife usually calls to schedule the actual appointment.It usually takes a day or two to hear back from him. He truly knows what he's doing and understands most any household project. I'm fully satisfied with his work.

Larry does a great job and can do all kinds of projects. He is reasonably priced and I his work is very good. I have never encountered any problems/issues when using Larry.

He's pleasant and he seems to know what he's doing. I think his prices are OK and he's fairly professional, he doesn't come in a uniform he just comes in handymen clothes.

Not always competitive. Initial drywall patching poor by helper. Larry re-did it after inspecting it himself. Tile grout installed improperly. Re-did work without fuss. Paint and grout spots left on doors and door handled, poor clean up. Work took longer than expected. Poor communication, not always able to keep appointments, does not always call indicating that he is running late or unable to keep appointment.

"[member name removed] is under a lot of pressure with his wife going through physical therapy and the death of his parents and mother in law. I have done numerous work for him and his family over the last five years and I do not understand why he is complaining about my lowering my price at his request. I did not re-do the ceiling work personally as his statement says, I told my employee when George called and asked what stage of repair the job was in. It was the first coat of drywall patch when he called. Once the patch was completed it could not be seen. [member name removed] even complimented us on the work performed. I was shocked when the Angies list rep advised.me of the negative posting. [member name removed] is normally a pleasant person to work for but I do not believe I will work for him again."

This is the second time we have called upon Larry to do our list of handyman jobs. As before, we were completely satisfied. He does quality work efficiently. We are working on our list for next time.
