We called and explained what they had to do. They came the following week and the technician looked at our basement and then gave us an estimate. My husband asked them about a hallway light that we had which did not work. Chris then proceeded to replace it with a temporary light. Then he scheduled to come in the following week to do the basement work. Although we are satisfied with the work that was done, when we got the bill, we were a bit stunned. Chris had indicated that labor was going to be about 4 hours, and that materials wouldn't be that much. Well, labor was within reason, but materials were over $200. I don't really think of this as incidental. In addition, we got a $25 charge for them just showing up on the first day. He charged us for an hour to put in the temporary light, which was understandable, but I would not use them again because I felt it was just too expensive for the work that got done.

Professional, knowledgable service during a very difficult time. I wasnt sure I'd be able to find someone to come out without paying an exorbitant fee (due to so many flooded homes at the same time), but they were prompt, and took the time to explain everything. Good job.

Chris came out the day after I called and did the work. He was very professional and I plan on using him in the future for some inside work.

They did a good job. They had to come back once due to the inspector's report, but that wasn't a problem. They were really good at working with my schedule.

Chris was fabulous! He was on time, professional and friendly and patient with my zillion questions. I found the price very reasonable for the amount of time and work done, I also received 2 estimates that came in the mail for the two other projects I'd like to have done and found them to be in line with what other companies quoted. I will definitely stick with using my ''Angie's List Vendors'' especially Kadlec!

CONTACT WITH COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ELECTRICIAN WHO PROVIDED SERVICE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, WHILE EXPLAINING EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE ELECTRICIAN, CHRIS MATHIESEN, WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, POLITE, AND PROVIDED IDEAS ON ACHIEVING OUR DESIRED GOALS.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THE INITIAL VISIT WAS TO LOOK AT WHAT WORK HAS TO BE DONE, SENT ME A QUOTE VIA REGULAR MAIL, WHICH I RECEIVED WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS AND ACCEPTED IT AS THEY WERE IN THE BALLPARK. I GOT AN IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT. THE ELECTRICIAN WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WAS EXTREMELY NEAT, COURTEOUS AND VERY CONCERNED THAT THE WORK WAS DONE THE WAY I WANTED IT AND IT WAS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND IF I AM ASKED FOR A RECOMMENDATION, IT WILL BE KADLEC ELECTRIC.

WORKER KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.

THE OWNER IS A MAN OF FEW WORDS, BUT THEY DO GREAT WORK. I CALLED TO SETUP AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK WHEN THEY COULD COME OUT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE. I THOUGHT THIS WAS VAGUE, BUT THEY ACTUALLY CALLED AND CAME BY THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK WHICH WAS ABOUT $220. THEY DID THE WORK A FEW DAYS LATER. THEY INVOICED ME WHICH WAS NICE SO I HAD TIME TO REVIEW THEIR WORK BEFORE PAYING. I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO GET AN INVOICE FOR ONLY $160, $60 LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE. THE WORK WAS VERY NEAT AND THE INSTALLER PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR FUTURE ELECTRICAL WORK. I ONLY GAVE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM A B BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE PROVIDED MORE INFORMATION ON THE PROCESS AND EXACTLY WHEN THEY WOULD COME OUT ON THE INITIAL PHONE CALL.

ONE DAY THEY SHOWED UP WITHOUT APPOINTMENT, OTHERWISE THEY WERE FINE. SURPRISED THE BABYSITTER.
