The crew was efficient, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, did a quality mudding, taping and painting (primer only) job. What I really appreciate though just as much is the timeliness and punctuality of the responses from the owner. Orlando always returns my texts or phone calls quickly. One can't ask for more from a drywall company. Thank you so much.

I had asked Orlando and his crew to paint the custom cabinets and built-in lockers/cubbies I had built for a client. The work was started and completed on the time frame I asked for, the quality and finish was stellar and the price was fair. One cannot ask for more from a painting contractor. I will definitely use JDL Painting again.

Fantastic. They did an incredible job. Orlando was very responsive to my texts. He usually got back to me within 30 minutes to an hour. We closed on our house on Tuesday. They started painting on Wednesday and being that Thursday was thanksgiving I figured they wouldn’t be back until Saturday or Monday. I was wrong. They asked if it was ok to work on thanksgiving and if we were ok with meeting them early to let them in. On thanksgiving. And when I tell you they worked. They really worked and did a phenomenal job to boot. The price was good and they used the type and brand of paint I wanted. They finished in 2 days and we have 2000sf. I would definitely use them again

The company never responded to messages sent starting 11/02/2017 on the Angie's List website or on the JDL Painting and Drywall website. I completed their "Request an Estimate" form on their website without any response from them.

Upon my return on Sunday evening, I had 35 emails and 24 messages. I have been playing catch-up trying to respond to all of them and handle current business. I am sorry I was unavailable at that time and do apologize for not getting back to you yet. If you have not found anyone, I will be happy to look into your repair project. This is a fantastic contractor and I will definitely use them again. Our project turned out to be larger than expected so a one day job turned into a two day job. Extra workers were brought in on the second day to help get the work done. The prep work was very thorough and everything was covered in plastic - furniture, doorways, walls, etc because of all the dust generated from the sanding. They cleaned up very nicely and we are very please with the work.

I am a carpenter/framer/remodeler and have used the services of a certain drywaller for the past several years. While his rates that he charges are less than the average going rate and his work is of good quality, I disliked his communication, punctuality and the clean-up after the job was completed. Just recently, I decided to call the owner of JDL, Orlando, for this particular job and was immediately impressed with his timeliness and his ability to start the job almost immediately. Francisco, one of his employees, came out to complete the job. When he was all done, Orlando met me at the job site and watched as I inspected the work. I noticed that the job site was left very clean (never experienced that before), and also did not see one area that needed touch ups. I was extremely satisfied with everything including what I thought to be a very fair price charged. While I was priming the walls with a few bright flood lights on, I noticed a couple very small areas that had pinholes (small air trapped in the mix of mud) that I had to touch up but it took me all of 3 minutes to fix. However, the butt seams were all invisible and I am very happy with how everything turned out. I even had some bead left over from a previous job and he used them up for me to save a couple bucks. I will definitely use JDL again for all my drywall services needed. Thank you Orlando!

They showed up on time each of the three days they were onsite. They did the work exactly as requested and quoted. The work area was left neat and clean, the work was done satisfactorily and they were very flexible. We were able to use paint we wanted to and adjust the timeline based on tasks where there were project dependencies.

Orlando answered all my questions while we were deciding what to do. He gave suggestions and options for our project. He and the crew showed up on time to start, covered all my landscaing, were very polite, and picked up after themselves. When they were all done my house looked brand new, they cleaned up very well and were done on time and on budget. Will recommend to everyone and will be using again!

On time professional workers, covered everything including floors, removed one wall of wallpaper, fixed minor wall/ceiling imperfections, painted walls, floor boards, and ceilings. They got all the work done to my satisfaction and cleaned up like they we not even there.
