The company was asked to estimate a roof repair and was totally unprofessional. Roberto gave me a ball park verbal estimate of $8,000 after the inspection. After 3 days, I sent an email because I had not received an estimate. Roberto responded with a one line description of the work, a price of $58,000 (vs. $8,000), and did not include the gutters (about 1/4 of the job). I emailed for a clarification of the price, asked about the gutters, and requested a formal (email) estimate. After 2 days, with no response, I sent another email. After another day, I sent a message thru Angi. More then 3 weeks after the inspection, I still have not heard back from them. Three other Angi pros were all able to email a formal estimate in a reasonable time. One gave it after the inspection, one the next day, and one 3 days later (included a weekend). I went with one of these Angi pros and the work was completed yesterday.

Amazing! IHR worked directly with my insurance and had my roof replaced within a month. I have two small children so being on the phone is hard so, René was able to do a lot of communication with me via text which was HUGE for me as a FT mom. They will be my absolute go-to for home repair/remodel going forward!

The roof replacement was excellent and completed very quickly. The wrapping of our wood trim with aluminum and facia and soffit work was superior! The craftsman was meticulously careful which did take longer than projected, but the wait was worth it! The gutter workers were fast and careless, but the project manager corrected the damage they created in their haste. Unfortunately, the contractor was not able to convince State Farm to replace our hail-damaged siding.

It took them a day to complete. I wished the quality was better.

They did a great job and they finished ahead of time and they were very courteous.
