The guy who comes to my house Jeff is honest and he is throughout. I would never use anyone else. I would use them again. Only he comes out. It takes as long as it needs for the work to be completed. They take care of your problems efficiently and quickly.

Jeff spent 5 minutes with furnace noting I needed a new inducer motor that he didn't have. Agreed to keep cost down, as I wasn't working, and promised to apply initial visit payment as deposit toward final bill. I had to call several times to check on status of motor order, repeatedly met with "Oh, duh, yeah, I need to get that." Told him I found motor for less than $200 and he said he would pursue. But, instead of buying that part on-line, as agreed, told me he had to buy much more expensive Trane brand part. Wasn't at my house for 30 minutes to install, but charged me $610 - and then refused to even apply the deposit. I didn't trust him at that point so I checked old inducer motor he buried in my garbage against new motor and found them to be same non-Trane part I found on line. He lied, so I stopped payment on check and sent him $432 (+82) as more than reasonable payment. He returned check and put a lien my home. Forced me to pay $832 (+82) and then refused to remove lien. Avoid!
