Carlos and his team performed exceptional service and workmanship. They built a skirt around my porch, reversed a door in my home and moved and replaced a light fixture among other things. The work was done timely and at a fair price. Will be hiring them again this spring for additional work

Carlos was the only one who gave us a quote the same day. I did not have to wait a long time. He was good at getting back to me. Overall they did a good job. There are a few things that could be better with it. My baseboard in the bathroom now has a little gap from the wall. Not sure why this happened maybe the wood should have sat in the house before putting it on. My husband had trouble with putting the toilet in because the tile was not completely even. They did not remove the towel bar so when they put the countertop on it was much higher so the towel bar was too low. We took the towel bar off and had to touch it up and paint. Also if you want something done make sure it is in the contract and not just over the phone. Those are just critics of the job. Overall my bathroom looks really nice. They came on time and were efficient. They were affordable and did good work.
Carlos was so nice he even went on my roof to find out if something was leaking. He found that there was no problem it had been fixed. His team was very nice too.

First of all,I'll tell you that my husband is 92 with many of the problems common to that age. I'm 85. We've had rental properties and several homes during the 64 years we've been married. I've dealt with contractors of all varieties and dispositions. What I appreciated was that Carlos respected my views, answered questions, and was willing to go the extra mile to do things such as cutting down my island in the kitchen by two inches to accommodate my shrinking stature. These extra things were added to the bill, of course, but to just be able to get all of this done was a god-send. There is no question I'd have Carlos and his crew again. However there are a few things I would do differently on the basic contract. I would have things written out in more detail. In our case, there was a time gap of two months between signing the contract and doing the work, caused by having to wait for cooler weather. In terms of weather, we had agreed that it could not be done when it was in the 90s. Fortunately, there was a block of two weeks in August when it was better and Carlos was right there
to begin work. Then, for me, it was sort of hard to remember what all we talked about.I'm sure all of the original agreement got done, but I would have been happy to go back and see it spelled out in more detail. Carlos had to remind the painters to protect the driveway with more tarps..I did that, too. The window sills and frames had a few glitches, a couple of which I caught and had corrected. But there was a trade-off in the fact that they had to remove most of the aluminum storm frames, all oversize, and frequently put in with calking. Remarkably, they all went back in fine. Be sure to check out the painters before they leave to make sure they have cleaned up to your satisfaction. The entire operation took two weeks.
Without question, I'd have Carlos back to do the north and east sides of our house in several years. I would also feel free to call Carlos about dealing with issues that only a 126 year-old house can have.

They gave me the best estimate of everyone I called. They were on time. They did the work promptly and it works, I have no problem with the door. I had a ceiling fan problem and he said he could take a look at it. He put up a new one for me.
