+ -1 moreThe only negative thing is that Mr. Wolenberg failed to provide me the inspection report on time for me to dispute any issues with the sellers. I contacted him several times to obtain the report, and I even offered to go out of my way to pick it up. Also, I suggested that he should fax it to me; however, he only fax a few pages that did not list all the issues with the house. Because of him, I was not able to have the sellers repair any problems with the house.
Description of Work: Chris Wolenberg performed a home inspection on a home I intended to purchase. He arrived on time, and performed an intensive inspection. In fact, my Realator was impressed with his performance.
