FROM MY HOUSE TO YOURS

I found Karen and her company, From my House to Yours, on the internet. I gave her a call and she scheduled an appointment for an initial visit to go over what would be expected and what service she was able to provide. I found her to be very thorough and she took notes and had forms for us to fill regarding the condition of our cat, vet contacts, neighbor or family contact , etc. She sat with us and met kitty, toured the house, etc. Not only did she offer in home animal service, she also advised will bring in mail and water outdoor/indoor plants as well. After meeting with her, we decided to use her on our first vacation. She and her co-workers agreed to a twice daily visit and to do plants/mail. We went away for long weekend, a little worried as was my first time away from old old kitty. Upon our return, we came home to find kitty happy and healthy and found daily notes Karen et al left on the kitchen as to his condition and time they came. These forms described that they petted/played/brushed, feeding amounts of food and water and approximate consumption of food, litter box news (not fun, but most kitty owners know to check as this is very indicative of cats overall health).  Mail was nicely put in neat pile and all plants were alive and well. Very impressed. From that point on , we got Karen a key to our home (her company is licensed and bonded- she provided certificates of proof), and from then on , each time we had an out of town trip, we did not hesitate to call Karen and her company.We were happy to use her company/services for almost a year, and then I had to let Karen know we had to put kitty down due to age and illness. She was very solicitous and even sent a sympathy card upon his passing.When the time comes and we get another cherished family member, I would not hesitate to contact Karen for future services.
