We had the plumbing moved for two bathroom sinks and a new vanity installed. The team was professional, pleasant and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves! They will be back soon to install the other vanity and we look forward to using them again for other projects in the future!

On time responses and came on time as well. Very professional. Matt called me within half hour once I searched for plumber at HomeAdvisor and after sending few pictures of plumbing job he explained almost all work on phone and once the plumber showed up next day it was pretty closed what he quoted me on phone. I like honesty and on time delivery of work. Brenda also good at customer service.

They were on time and the work completed in a timely fashion. There was a minor mishap that I never heard back from them on but the work that was completed was fine.

Matt the owner quickly responded to my Home Advisor search,gave me the best quote for the job and scheduled the work . Andrey the plumber came out on time , installing a new hot water tank. Highly recommend Fox Valley for your plumbing woes, will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I was contacted quickly and given a quote the same day. Everything seemed very reasonable. Arrived on time and after looking all the pipes over the tech suggested I replace the copper pipe and faucets in basement wash tub. Price for that was good and additional hour labor was good also. What was a 3-5 hr project turned into a 7 hour project and additional $800 labor cost. Plus a water mess in the basement that I had to clean up.

They came the next day when we contacted them to remove an old gas pipe. They effectively got rid of it and capped it to made sure there was no leak. The tech was there longer than expected which made the cost much more than we wanted to have to spend, but he was there due to finding other gas leaks. He stayed to make sure they were fixed and had all the needed materials in his truck.

Fox Valley responded almost immediately and had a plumber out within a couple hours. The price was very reasonable. The job required the plumbers to work in my crawl space. They borrowed my broom to clear cobwebs, and when they were finished they left quite a mess of cardboard and my broom in the crawl. I'm older and had to get into this awkward location to clean up their mess. In addition the refrigerator had to be moved and in doing so it scratched the wood flooring.

They answered my call immediately, were on time for the appointment, and treated me professionally. Only problem is that they charged for an hour of work when it took them 15 minutes to complete the job.

Explained the problem, replaced, and gave me additional info. Arrived on time, was polite. Very pleased.

The work was fine, but they did not itemize what I was paying for. They charged me for 4 hours, only worked 3.25, and did not indicate what I was paying for (no itemization on the parts). It wasn't worth arguing, but I would likely use someone else next time
