"On August 29th 2023 client was presented a proposal to install 5" gutters with 3x4" downspouts with an OPTION to upgrade to 6" oversize gutters and the OPTION to install Rain Drop gutter guard system. On September 21 2023 client accepted the proposal by highlighting the 5" gutter and superimposed the request for the Rain Drop OPTION. Work was completed on September 29th 2023 and at that time client was very happy with the work. Unfortunately he misunderstood what he signed. This matter is under review and a resolution is fourth coming."
Initially when they come to do the job they're kind of booked up. Once they were open, they were there and got it done. As a matter of fact there were some rain days and they even called up to say that they were behind schedule. My only complaint is they have a guarantee that if its plugged up they'll come and check it out. They are real slow for that. That is the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way.
"Hello [Member Name Removed], I recall meeting you at your house and I believe you or your husband was ill and would be calling me with a date you would like the repair done. I never heard from you or received the signed proposal needed to proceed with the work. Sorry, if you still need the work done I'll be happy to do it. Thanks Tom L."
