DO NOT USE FOWLER TREE SURGERY, INC.! They sent 3 guys to take down an evergreen that close to 50ft tall. The entire time the were yelling and swearing at each other. Drinking alcohol on the job (you could smell it on thier breath). They dropped the top of the tree into my beautiful healthy red maple tree. Broke off 2 huge branches. And told me it was no big deal! Didnt use a rope to lower it down, and this was right next to my house. They left a huge mess. And when I called to complaint, Gary's wife said " I will tell Gary you are not happy with anything" and hung up on me! Horrible customer service and absolutely no professional at all!

I always call them whenever we need them. They once removed a 100 year old Oak tree because it was too close to the house. Another time, they took out a Dead Wood. They come when they say they will, then they clean up and leave.

I called twice and left a message to have someone come out and give me a quote, and no one ever returned my call. The second time I even commented that this was my second message and the woman taking the message acknowledged that and said she would be sure to get Gary to call back. This was not the only company that didn't call back, and I kept hearing the "this is a busy season" comment. In my opinion, that may justify that it would take a while to schedule having work done, but it does not excuse not returning a phone call.

GARY FOWLER CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY WHEN I CALLED HIM. HE GAVE ME A REASONABLE ESTIMATE AND CHARGED ME THAT PRICE. I ASKED HIM TO KEEP HIS TRUCKS OFF THE GRASS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. HE HAD NO TRUCKS ON THE GRASS. SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THE ESTIMATE HE CAME OVER AND REMOVED THE TREE LIMBS. HE HAS WORKED FOR ME SEVERAL YEARS AGO. HE WAS POLITE, AND LEFT ME NO MESS.
