Experience matters in this business! Our family owned business cares about your confidence in knowing you're making the right decision about your heating and cooling systems needs. We are small enough to care about your satisfaction. We've taught Heating and Air Conditioning at Harper College and re-wrote the heating course for Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) RSES which is one of the largest training organizations for heating and air conditioning service technicians in North America. My background is physics, chemistry, and electronics, and we do not memorize service procedures; we understand what makes it work. Service is based on flat rate charges and there is a one year warranty on repairs that are made. A company must have both integrity and knowledge or you are in trouble. If you have had someone else out prior to calling us and you wish to have a second opinion about your situation we're here to help you. We will come out for FREE and give you a second opinion and sit down and explain your options. Some times we find we can repair equipment that someone else said needed to be replaced.

A note on the and quot;Band quot; grade for price: They were not the highest bid, nor the lowest bid. One normally cannot ask their neighbor and quot;Who did your geothermal and how much did it cost?and quot; So, I give them a B for being in the middle. However, I would give them an and quot;Aand quot; for value. You are paying for someone who really knows what they are doing and why they are doing it.
So far we have only tested the system out for cooling. It works wonderfully. We look forward to the fall and winter. However, Environmental Comfort Team performed superbly.
