Overall the quality of the work is good and all that we've asked for was done. They always made sure that the area is clean and always clean-up after each work. Art is transparent on cost and expenses, and we are always informed of steps and what is going to happen when and what. 

Here are more of the details:
1) The work started late by a few days because Art and his team has to finish its previous engagement.
2) Once the work started, framing and carpentry was done fast by Jersey. He mainly completed the basement on his own and did a good job on making sure that we are informed of what is going to be done and what time he is coming in on next day to do work. He comes on time and mostly work on weekends to when he is free.
3) Electrician and Plumber also finished on time and as expected, however I had to add a few more things and changed some lighting that pushed my electrician costs by a few thousand dollars.
4) 1 week delay was unexpected due to inspection.
5) another 1 week for the drywall, as the drywall contractor has to finish its job, but the work as at par on what we expected.
6) Trimming and paint was done concurrently and as well as bathroom tiling.
7) Kitchen cabinet was installed, however there was delay on the top cabinets as it was custom made.
6) 1 week delay again for the last inspection. We asked Art to revisit areas as we also inspected the work to ensure it is at par with what we expected. 
7) 1 week waiting for the delivery of top cabinets, but it was fine and came as expected.
8) Last patch-up for small loose cabinet parts here and there.

We like the work and we'll repeat again..

There were some surprises during the demolition but nothing they couldn't handle.  I think the biggest challenge was getting the new counter top in (3rd floor) where they had to take out a couple of cabinets first to position the counter.  I was really pleased with how Art guided me through the design process and the results are fabulous.  I would definitely use their services again.

Custom Craft Builders is a great company to work with. Art , Doug, and Joe are excellent at the many skill they possess. Great people to work with. Very polite and trustworthy. They put in a full day's work. I even noticed they barely took time to eat a lunch. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. My new bathroom is lovely.

Very happy! Finishing up the very final details of the kitchen now. We gutted an entire floor to convert space into an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. We removed all the walls so a support beam was installed. We had to have the entire house rewired as well as all plumbing had to be replaced, which Custom Craft performed.
