The van that arrived at the my house was overly stuffed and actually had items strapped to the outside! 20% of my dishes are broken, they broke a lamp, broke a small table, broke my pizza stone, scratched my hutch, and my bikes will need repair. What bothered me the most is that they asked me sign that I had paid before they unloaded anything. I started to read it, and he tried to stop me from reading it, telling me that it was just to confirm that I had paid them. It was a form confirming that I had received everything in tact and that I was satisfied. They wouldn't give me my stuff until I signed it, so I scratched all of that out, wrote "Non of the items have been inspected", and then signed it. I am currently receive with their claims department to receive compensation.
