Eric, the owner, is very knowledgeable about staining of decks. He was also very responsive and got the project done in a timely manner.

Quality was so poor, we had to have them come back twice and there are still issues. They used the wrong paint color on multiple walls, left paint drips and wipes on floor and doors, and were completely unresponsive until we canceled payment in order to get a return phone call. See images for some of the many issues with these painters and then, hire a different company! -Scratched floor moving furniture (I was home during painting and told them I would move the furniture. and they did this without telling me). -Painted walls the wrong color -Did not paint enough coats to cover up the color they originally painted -When called back out to fix issues with base color showing through new paint, they only painted patches instead of the entire wall -Did not remove vents and light switches to paint behind/around them cleanly -Forgot to paint the ceiling in the bathroom-When called back to paint the ceiling in the bathroom, they only painted a single coat which did not cover base layer completely.

They did a very good job. The crew was polite and efficient in there painting. They responded to some request I had and to questions as the job proceeded. I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely well done project for painting the entire home (3200 sq ft + basement). Eric and his team promised as delivered and added extra crew to get the job finished on time. Very receptive to customer feedback as well and made corrections per my request.

The painters did a great job painting, and we had a lot of old trim that needed to be removed, patched, sanded, and painted over. The walls look great. The only reason I gave a 4 for quality of work is because I know they were trying to work quickly (they were backed up with so many jobs to do) and therefore some little things were missed or avoided. However, they offered to come back for anything I may notice over the next few days and today they came back without question to touch up some little things I noticed. Thank you.

They did a great job.

This project got off to a bad start due to it being late in the season and it never got finished before the snow began to fly. Eric promised they would be back in the spring to take care of everything that didn't get done before winter. Being a man of his word a new crew showed up when the weather cleared and took care of everything. Our house looks great.

They painted the entire interior of my home, except the bedrooms within 5 days with minimal disturbance and cleaned any mess. Also, they were very professional.

Eric from CertaPro was very helpful in his initial estimate. He separated himself from the competition by taking the time to give us options and understanding our situation. The painters themselves were also very pleasant and did a solid job.

Paint looks great, but should have taken light switch plates off before painting the room.

We were dealing with two contractors at once getting estimates. They were both Courteous and patient with our Five year old daughter. When Eric, Our Sales representative, walked out, the gentleman from another company doing the Estimate for our Railings told us 'Hire them, they do Excellent Work!" So then The price was actually Below our own estimate. Believe that!!! We will be reporting back to Servicemagic and letting you know how it goes but are Very Confident in Eric and His team!!

I was very happy with the painting job we had done. They came out the first day and powerwashed everything down. The next day a 2-man team completed our exterior trim project in a very efficient manner. Everything was cleaned up and even a couple of paint spills on the house were cleaned up to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and would use them in the future.
