Right from quotation to the end of completion job certapro provided excellent and complete job.The Painters were very courteous.and very experienced. They came in on time every day. Paid attention to details and recommended correct paint color. All the rooms were painted neatly. Every day they left the work cite neat and clean.

I hired the regional office to paint my interior last fall (2016). Hired them again this spring (2017) to paint my exterior trim. VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICES PROVIDED. Will hire again.

Initially we were impressed with the owner Eric. After deciding to have his company do the work I sent him an email. He emailed and told me he would get me on the schedule. I then told him I did not want paint chips all over the exterior of my house. He described 2 methods of dealing with the paint chips. I selected the method I thought was best. (vacuuming of dry paint chips on the ground). Then that was it. Never heard from him. I emailed, asked if we were on the schedule, and nothing. After over 3 weeks I emailed him to tell him we no longer wished to have his company do the work. THAT email he responded to promptly apologizing for missing my email. Not sure when he had planned on scheduling/doing the work but 3 weeks without any communication? I don't think he really wanted the job so he thought if he just never contacted I would find someone else. Well, Eric, you got your wish. I won't ever use your company and I will never recommend you to anyone else.

They were horrible. The guy who was in charge was absolutely horrible. It was very sloppy.

Eric the owner made sure everything went as planned. They cleaned up everyday before they left.

It was great. Eric was really good friendly had good advice and was knowledgeable. The team was excellent, friendly and very professional, took care and did a neat and great job. Great folks with competitive price. I would certainly recommend.

Bad business practices: Eric came to the house and was shown what we wanted completed. He said he would send a quote to our email address, which we never received. We called and left a message a few times and we never received a response. We also emailed and never received a response. It's been 10 days and we haven't heard a thing. If he's not interested in doing the job at least be respectful and let us know. What a waste of our time. Don't waste your time!

Eric showed up promptly for our meeting. He was very helpful, thoughtful and gave us great advice on our painting decisions. He walked thru the house, wrote up the information needed to give us an estimate and quickly sent us an estimate within a day or two from our meeting. We agreed to his estimate and thought his pricing was very fair compared to his competitors. When we asked to schedule the painting, it was set quickly after our meeting. We were also given free service of a color consultant and she was wonderful and helped guide us thru the difficult process of picking the right colors for each of the rooms and coordinating accent walls for our living room and hallway. His staff showed up bright and early, they were very nice, and very professional. Certa Pro did a great job painting the rooms and the trim. The painting was done within a week's time and we are very happy with the services provided. We would definitely use CertaPro again. They were great!

Eric quickly came out and responded to our questions and concerns. He had been given good reviews on angies list and was prior by my wives employer with great success. He told us he would a quote prepared in 24 hours.......never happened. We called him thinking that he had gotten our information mixed up. No he just "forgot" about the quote. He said we would receive it shortly. The next day we called again. Then he said "it was a computer problem." DONT waste your time......he might not respond. Eric thanks for wasting our time. Provided free initial estimate promptly. Responded honestly to follow up questions and, in so doing, demonstrated a good knowledge of the work needing to be done. Provided good suggestions and guidance where we were unsure of what was needed. Did top notch work with a sufficient crew to get the project done quickly and courteously. (We were very impressed with how well and fast the work was done. We had expected that, what took them only a couple of days to do, might disrupt our life's routines for weeks on end.) Left the place " spic and span." The crew was clean, courteous and helpful. The results exceeded our every expectation.

We contacted CertaPro to get a quote. They were quick to respond and came out the next day. We were happy with their quote which was lower than others we had gathered. We decided to hire them and they were able to schedule the job within a desirable time frame. Our biggest concern was the garage because the new vs. old drywall were different colors and we had been told by a previous contracter that the old drywall would be difficult to cover. Also, we wanted to paint one wall red which is not always easy. We are thrilled at the result. The walls all look the same and the red looks amazing. We were happy with the inside as well. Overall our experience was excellent. They were responsive, timely and professional. I would definitely refer them to family and friends and will use them again in the future.

I can say that they are good and we have used their services many times. I will probably use their services again in the future.

We have lived in our home for two years and were not sure the last time it had been stained. The exterior had places of mildew, but the stain was otherwise in pretty good shape. There were a couple of boards that needed replacing due to cracking. Eric gave a quote and that was our final bill - no surprises. Nick and all of the CertaPro painters were exceptional in their work on the painting of our home as well as the carpentry work needed on the boards to be replaced. The work was done in the timeframe we requested. It was a pleasure to have this painting crew work on our home - they were friendly, professional, efficient and made the painting of a two story home look easy. But not so easy I want to do it myself! They turned an all-summer DIY job into a two day job. Eric followed up with a call the day after the job was finished to make sure all was completed as we expected. We very much appreciated that! We will definitely use Certapro again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional painting job.

After several attemps to get a quote, the owner arrived. He was very pleasant and said that he would come back two days later to take another look at the proposed job. He then said that he would prepare a quote. That was over a month ago and we are still waiting.
