I had recently moved into the area, and needed to find a shop for maintenance and repair on my cars. I decided to try Boss Automotive, as they are conveniently located near my house. I found they do a wide range of automotive repair services, ranging from mechanical work to body repair. Vic Portincaso, the owner, is the person who you talk to in setting up the services. The atmosphere was very friendly, and Vic seemed straightforward in his recommendations on what repairs were needed. They conduct a multipoint inspection of each vehicle, based on printed checklist. They give you the checklist and make recommendations for correcting any problems. In my case the front brake pads on one of the vehicles was below minimum, so I added that to the service. They completed the repairs when promised. I thought their prices were competitive and a bit lower than what I have paid previously in other shops. At this point, I have no reason to doubt the quality of the work done, and I plan to continue servicing my cars at Boss Automotive.

They are family and upfront with everything. They don't charge 4:21-4:25.
