The work itself was of adequate quality. The problem with this person is that he rarely keeps an appointment. He's always cancelling and rescheduling, then cancelling again. If that's something you don't mind, then go for it. Otherwise, if you prefer to have a contractor show up when they say they will, you'll want to give this guy a wide berth.
