We have used them for a long time already and they are very good, honest and reliable. Their pricing is better or comparable to anybody else in the area but at least I knew that the work was done. Because I had gone to other locations which have sent much better proposals but did not do the work.

Everything went well. They did the work as promised and were honest about what needed to be done.

Wonderful! Fast, friendly, and very responsive! I emailed Babbs from their website to make an appointment for a visual inspection (it was free!). I could have called, but I chose to email to see how responsive they would be. I've had a bad experience where a business did not reply to my email at all even though I got an automated confirmation. I feel this is bad business because why bother to put a link to an email address if it will go unchecked? Anyway, I also chose email because it is inconvenient for me to talk on the phone at work. Within a couple of hours, I got a friendly reply from the shop manager who offered to call me to schedule an appointment. We spoke and I took my car in the next day for an inspection and after receiving the estimate, I dropped my car off in their parking lot the following week, dropped my keys in the drop-off box, and left for the night. As promised, the work was completed in a few hours. I would definitely come back to Babbs for other automative needs.

I've had Babb Auto service my car three times. Most recently, the engine light came on in my Mazda on the way back home from Midway airport. I dropped off the car on Sunday night and it was fixed by noon on Monday at a very reasonable price. I started using Babb Auto two years ago when I received a $1400 quote for service from the dealership. I took my vehicle over to Babb's and they fixed it for about $400. The Babb's are honest and trustworthy. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!
