My furnace would not ignite on a very cold day of the winter. I called Arrow after their business hours and a technician answered the phone within a few rings. He walked me through a diagnostic process, describing in detail how to take the front cover off, read the diagnostic lights and attempt to restart the furnace. He was not frustrated with me if it took me a couple of seconds to figure out what he was describing. It was determined that the igniter was broken. Even though he had appointments available the next day, he was very willing to come that evening to fix the part (I have a toddler and a newborn). He made the 30 min. trip into the city with the part that he had in stock and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. He was friendly, on time and charged me exactly what he gave me as an estimate over the phone. I, and my two small children, had a warm night, especially because I still received my 10% service contact discount even though this was an after hours call.
