I am very impressed! Deanna, who I worked with to schedule the appointments and get the quotes from was very professional and pleasant to work with. Carlos, who installed the new door was also very personable and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Very prompt and showed up soon after we received a call that they were on their way. Both springs were replaced and door opener adjusted. Great work and pleasant to deal with not to mention the great price!

The property is a rental property.  The tenant called and complained that the garage door would not open.  I called Area Door Service as they were reasonably close and had good ratings on Angie's List.  The guy that answered the phone took down all my information and said he would send out someone in 2 hours.  I could not be there to see the fix, but the tenant relayed to me that they were on time, polite, and fixed the garage door without any issue.  They kept me informed of the progress by calling me upon arrival and estimating the work.  The also called me when the service was completed.  Very professional and I would use them again.

I called Area Door to get a quote on replacing two garage door springs.  They where very friendly.  They gave me the quote over the phone.  Rich, the repair man, arrived about 3 hours later and fixed the door within 1 hour. Rich was very knowledgable and professional.  He explained everything he did and why?  There was no upselling or gouging. I would use this company again.

The spring broke on our garage door.  I called at noon, they were able to have someone out by 2:00.  Our door was fixed by 3:00. The price was what we expected and the service tech was excellent. 

They were prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

I called at 8:30 am and they were out at 11 am.and finished at 11:45.

Came same day, few hours after I called. Went right to work after explaining what he would do. Installed two cables. Door stop wouldn't work, so he hunted through truck for a replacement. Door mechanism was old, so he tried a new stopper. It didn't work. Hunted through truck for another stopper. Tightened all screws on track holder. Success. He was able to get the door to close tighter than originally.

The company responded quickly to my phone call and had a serviceman out the next day. I had already done some research on the web and knew that it was recommended to replace both springs at the same time on a double door. He concurred with that, but advised that there was probably no need to replace the single spring on the other (single) door - he made no effort to sell me extra work that I really didn't need. He completed his work in a timely and professional manner.

It was excellent. In the price they included the removal and disposal of the old garage doors panels and track. They did no damage to anything in the garage and there was nothing left behind. They were in and out in a very short time. They only needed one installer and they did everything they were suppose to. It was superior.

Everything was great, they showed up on time, installed the opener and keypad, showed me how everything worked, couldn't have gone smoother.

We are completely satisfied with the price, timing and quality of installation. From the initial contact on the phone (their representative came out the very next day) to the completion of work (the door was special order and only took two weeks from quote to install). The door adds a new dimension to our home. All of the people with Area Door Service were courteous, helpful and altogether a delight to work with. We would recommend Area Door Service to anyone who needs new garage doors. Given the opportunity, we would work with them again, unqualified.

I stopped by the Area Door Service's office to set up an appointment. The office manager was pleasant and knowledgeable. We set up the appointment per my availability. The service man, Dan, showed up precisely on time and performed all work quickly and professionally. The doors creaked and squeaked before the maintenance, now they move along the tracks smoothly.

THEY WERE GREAT! CAME OUT SAME DAY - WITHIN 4 HOURS OF MY CALL. THE OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME BACK TO UPDATE ME HOW LONG IT WOULD BE BEFORE THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED. LOW SERVICE FEE.

FLAWLESS PROCESS. I CALLED, WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND QUICKLY FIXED EVERYTHING. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
