Price and quality wise very good. But the communication was so bad. They promised to come out on Saturday. But I called on that day couple times just to confirm if they will come or not. He intentionally didn't pick up. End up using another phone number and he picked up and told me he's not coming.

The guy named Antonio charged me $800 to clean my back and front yard and put mulch in. I thought they deserved it, because there was lots of work. When I asked for receipt, he said he had none and wanted cash only. I did not have choice so I paid in cash. I was initially happy with the work-couple of weeks later, my hostas started withering (they never did this for last 8 years), and the weeds that were supposed to be gone are back. Also, at the time he finished my yard, I recommended Antonio for tree removal with stump to my neighbor because the price he quoted was really good-he took $400, cut the tree and never came back to finish the stump removal. I called and texted many, many times because it was I who recommended him (I still feel bad), but he never responded, or finished the job. No receipt, cash only should have been a warning to me. My neighbor had to hire another person.

They were supposed to mow our lawn on Friday never showed up, then they were supposed to come on Saturday never showed up. Grass is really long in yard. Not sure when they will come next.

Antonio immediately called to see if I still need lawn mowing service. He showed up the next day, assesed the yard and came to actually do the work as soon as he can. He is very polite and nice and the job was done efficiently. We will be using him all year round and will recommend to friends.
