Good work performance.

I had to have sewer rodding, I’ve used this company for the last few years without any problem, they came out about two weeks ago and rodded the drain and a week later it was backing up again. I called to have them return and was unable to reach anyone for over 24 hours. The most unpleasant part of the experience was dealing with the women who answers the phone. She is rude and unhelpful and downright nasty, this last time was the worst, I will not be using this company any longer, very unprofessional!

I was expecting a more permanent type repair for the money paid, but all they did was cut out the tees and replace them using rubber couplers, which I could have easily done myself. I argued a bit, but they said it met code. They were also supposed to correct the sagging main horizontal run, but that was not done. Removed material was not cleaned up - had to do it myself. Pretty shocked at what I had to pay for a couple hours work.

The plumbers were fine but the woman who answers the phone is very rude and this time was down right confrontational! I have used this plumbing service for several years with no real problems although the woman who answers the phone and schedules has always been difficult. I had the plumbers out for power rodding due to drain back up but less than a week later the drains were backing up again. I had to call and have them come out again, when I called this woman, who also identified herself as the owners wife, was belligerent and extremely rude. She actually confronted me, telling me I had an attitude. This is not the first time I have had issues with her because if her I would not recommend using this business and definitely will not be contacting them again.

Sunday morning we called and left a voice message, which was returned within about ten minutes. We described the problem, and Marty said he could do the job and could arrive in about 45 minutes. He gave what sounded like a reasonable price range. We asked him to come do the job, and he arrived within about a half-hour. He was prompt, effective, courteous, and professional. He answered questions, got the job done in under an hour, and cleaned up meticulously. A+ service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thanks, Marty.

I called All Suburban at around 10AM and asked if they had same day availability.  They said they did but wouldn't know a time just yet but would call when they had a crew.  At 12:30 I received a call that a crew was on the way and 5 minutes later the crew (Mike & Mike) called and I gave them directions.
Mike and Mike were very polite and professional.  I had originally only needed the faucet replaced, but when I asked if they had time to rot a few sinks, they said sure and got right to work.
They charged me the price quoted by the receptionist for the faucet and a reasonable price for the sink work.
My experience was 100% positive all the around.  I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

All Suburban Emergency Plumbers have been my go-to company for years! Always friendly, always able to fix whatever has gone wrong with the plumbing! Very quick to respond and thorough. I had a sump pump motor freeze and burn out which caused some minor water to build up in the crawl space. They arrived within a couple hours of my call, replaced the pump and helped clean up. All of the various employees that I have met over the years have been polite, helpful and professional.

Have used their services in past and present and always pleased with results. Their prices seem high but all plumbers are high. I would rather pay for quality workmanship.

Found company on Angie list. George was local and had excellent reviews. George was able to answer questions and provide great guidance over the phone on options. Order was placed and work appointment scheduled.  Came in at best price and quickest appointment.
George's 2 employees, Mike and Mike, arrived promptly on scheduled morning and professionally and courteously completed the 2 toilet installs and sump pump install in an hour and a half. Having a flow problem with a newly installed kitchen sink faucet as part of an Angies List arranged kitchen remodel the year before, Mike was able to quickly find and clear the clogged diverter. 
Excellent plumbing service! I would highly recommend them for either emergency or routine plumbing needs in the Chicago area.
As always, I only contract with services after consulting Angies List. 
The best investment that I ever made!

They were timely.  They worked through until they got the job done.  They were very good.

George was right on top of it from the beginning, When doing an installation of new toilets for me a few days earlier, which George and his crew did expertly, efficiently, and at a fair price, I asked him to check out my battery backup sump pump and give me a quote for service, if it needed it. I didn't trust my old battery backup sump pump, and thought it wasn't working properly.  George accurately and honestly told me that it was working, but explained that it was a low end model, and old, and explained how new models that they install are better.  I opted to get a new model installed as he recommended, as I wanted to have peace of mind.  He and his crew came out in a few days to install it, and noticed that my primary pump was looking pretty bad, so I asked them to replace that also.  The new primary pump is also quieter than my older unit, which is a bonus that I appreciate.
They also cleaned out my sump, which was filled with quite a bit of debris, and split my sump cover so that I could more easily access the sump for servicing the pump units.  They were skilled, efficient, courteous, helpful, and informative.  I learned a lot from watching them work and talking with them about what they were doing.  George also courteously answered some other miscellaneous questions and helped me with some other miscellaneous issues I had about the plumbing systems in my home.  I felt their price was fair for the work they did and the pump units they installed, and that they went above and beyond the call of duty.  I have much more confidence in my sump pumps now, and am more knowledgeable about my home's plumbing. 
I cannot praise George and his crew enough. Best plumbers I have ever had do work for me. I would heartily recommend them.

The sewer had backed up through the floor drain in the basement and we needed someone quickly.  I called a couple places and All Suburban Emergency Plumbing was booked, but they said they'd try and fit us in.  They sure enough called back and said they had an opening.  They showed up, and since we don't have an accessible cleanout, had to rod the main line through a toilet fixture in the basement.  Everything went well, they tried to keep everything as clean as possible.  Friendly team, worked quickly and did their best to keep everything clean.  Definitely would use again.

He was responsive to my emergency and got the work done quickly but in hindsight, I think I paid a lot for a builder grade heater. I was eager to get the work done and stop the flooding so I should have asked more questions about the quality options of the unit. Still, he was pleasant to work with and I'd call him again.

Although the service didn't resolve the problem completely, All-Suburban made us aware from the start that that might be the outcome. The work they actually did prevented a sewer backup and temporarily solved the issue until the other provider was able to make the service call two days later. This was a Saturday service call, and they didn't charge us extra for emergency service.

All Suburban has helped us out on a couple of different occasions.  they are always prompt, reliable and reasonable.  They go above and beyond to explain all that needs to be completed and then gave further advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.  I highly recommend!

George and his team were here on time: I had requested a morning appointment and they were here promptly at 8:30. They were very pleasant and professional - got the work done, cleaned up the area and took the old pump and valves for disposal.  The pump installed was a Champion Sump pump with a 3 year guarantee.
I'm honestly not sure how they stack up price-wise since I did not shop around, but they offer excellent service and the price was not outrageous.
They have done other work for me in the past and I would definitely call them again.
