They were very professional but unfortunately they did not service my area so I could not use services from the provider.

We've used him in the past and always go under bid.  He had to put in a new faucet, all new pipes and everything under the sink.  My guess is, the bill might come up to 500 dollars but I'm not sure.  He is truly a life saver because it would kill my husband if we hadn't gotten somebody immediately.  He is on time; he is clean and totally cleans up after himself.  His prices lower than everybody else and his work is impeccable.  He makes appropriate recommendation.  He doesn't make us buy things that we don't need.  The company is a delight to work with.  We use him for all of our plumbing needs.  We called him at two in the morning and he came over.

His price was good. He cleaned up well. He showed up on time and everything was fine.

I called on a Monday morning about a leak in my kitchen ceiling and someone was out Monday afternoon. A Representative called to let me know that someone was on the way. Woody was very helpful and ordered the trim kit. We couldn't make it leak on Monday. On Tuesday Brian came out with the trim kit and after installation the leak started and after warning me that there would be a additional charge for opening the kitchen ceiling, we found the leak. He had the part on the truck because Woody told him that it was an unusual drain for our style house and we thought that the leak was coming from there. The drain pipe was cracked nearly all the way around and the tightening of the new drain cover probably caused it to separate so that we could see the leak.

Everything went well. We called in the morning and someone was at the house within the stated time with the appropriate 20 minutes before-hand phone call. The plumber, Brian, was courteous and clean and timely.

They had to come out a second time because it started leaking again. They tightened up the bolts to make it stop leaking.

NO WORK WAS PERFORMED.

OFFICE FOLKS AND PLUMBER WERE EXCEPTIONALLY SERVICE-ORIENTED, COMING TO SEE THE PROBLEM AND FIXING IT PROMPTLY. EVEN LOCATED THE HOT WATER HEATER PRIOR TO GIVING ME THE QUOTE SO THEY COULD TELL ME HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. WE'LL BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!

WOODY AND CORNEL WORK THEIR MAGIC AGAIN! NOT ONLY WAS WOODY WILLING TO SEND SOMEONE LATE AT NIGHT WHEN WE NOTICED THE SOURCE OF OUR BASEMENT'S EXCESS WATER, BUT THEIR AFTER-HOURS FEE WAS MODEST. TURNS OUT WE COULD WAIT UNTIL REGULAR HOURS THE NEXT MORNING, AND CORNEL PERFORMED SHARP, FLAWLESS WORK AND CLEANED UP AS THOUGH COMPANY WAS COMING! THEIR UPCHARGE ON THE NEW DISPOSAL WAS ALSO VERY REASONABLE. CORNEL KNOWS HIS VILLAGE CODES, TOO, A RARITY AMONG TRADESMEN. I ALMOST CAN'T WAIT FOR ANOTHER PIPE TO BURST TO CALL THEM BACK!

BRUCE WAS VERY GOOD, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN IF I NEEDED SOME OTHER PLUMBING WORK.

THESE FOLKS TOTALLY BLOW AWAY MY REGULAR PLUMBER. CORNEL, THE PLUMBER, KNEW THE STATE AND LOCAL CODES BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS. HE HAD ALL THE PARTS ON HIS TRUCK. HE INADVERTENTLY SOLVED OUR NASTY WATER HAMMER PROBLEM TOO, WHICH HAD CONFOUNDED OTHER PLUMBERS. KIM IN THE OFFICE WAS RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY. QUICK, EFFICIENT, POLITE, AND TIDY SERVICE.

THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND HAD COMPETITIVE PRICES. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN AS NEEDED.
