Accurate Piano

It went excellently.  I have the piano at my law office only because we are on a main floor and I wasn't able to get it up to our 3rd floor apartment.  Jeff Grosser, the owner of Accurate Piano, was immediately responsive to my call after finding his information on Angie's List and was able to service the piano the next week.
The piano was quite old and out of tune for some time (+20 years).  Once he had completed the tuning, he cleaned the entire piano along with the area around it.  While we worked his tuning didn't disturb us at all.  In fact, to assure the tuning went accordingly, he began playing several pieces which became completely enjoyable in such a stress filled environment - my shoulders relaxed immediately.   
He was professional, personable, affordable and expeditious -- I was truly impressed with the work he did and would easily recommend him and use his services again.

He was prompt, professional, and very nice. He was even able to provide me with the age of my piano, which I did not know.

I can't remember how much we paid exactly but I think it was around $150.. I'm trying to catch up on long overdue reviews. Mr. Grosser showed up promptly on the date and time as promised. He tuned our piano and then sat down and played a song or two to make sure the piano was in tune. Mr. Grosser was one of the few people I could find who was willing to come out and tune our piano, (since it was a player piano). We peeked in on him working a couple times and he was always working on something inside of the piano. Mr. Grosser took the time to go over other parts of the piano with us. He was quick, professional and very thorough. He was also willing to answer any questions we had too. I would definitely use Mr. Grosser's services again. We have even referred him out to friends and family!

Dave was able to tune my piano within a couple of days of my call. He was prompt, courteous, and very thorough.

h He came to the house at a specified time. He knew the job was to tune the piano. He is the owner of the business. I presume it is a one-man business. He tuned the piano very well and it took just about the amount of time he said it would take, which was roughly 30 minutes. I had some questions for him which he answered gladly. He was professional and friendly.

Accurate Piano Services were very accommodating and very flexible. We had someone working on the floors and they worked around him. It was a good experience.

Jeff Grosser has kept my Chickering in tip-top shape for 7 years now. I would not consider changing servicers. He is a person who loves his job and takes a very personal interest in helping to protect and preserve the investment that I have in my piano. Jeff takes a hard look at the environment around the piano and discusses closing and opening heat registers to keep the sound perfect throughout the year. From time to time, Jeff has dissected the piano removing the keyboard and hammers, adjusting the dampers and pedals, in order to get the best sound possible. I feel that he makes an extra effort. I trust his advice and feel that I never been overcharged any work he has perform over the past 7 years.

Jeff was responsive on the phone, discussed price, scheduled appt, called prior to arrival, on time, pleasant, PIANO SOUNDS GREAT!!!!! This was to my surprise a reconnect from over 20 years ago.

My tuning was as normal. An excellent job was completed. However, the nursing home piano was a total challenge and took Mr Grosser's professional skills to bring it back to life. This man is like "an expert surgeon restoring a broken patient to good health". His technical skills are superior.
