This business is amazing. I called about possibly getting my tv repaired. Talked to Joe and he said he would be here within the hour. For a small fee he diagnosed the problem, explaining everything as he checked it out. Turned out to be the motherboard and would cost to much to fix as the tv is 10 years old. I purchased a 4 year old refurbished 50 inch tv from him with a 30 day warranty. I would definitely recommend this company for all your tv repairs.

Joe was great; extremely professional. Due to the age of our TV and the fact that they are no longer manufactured, it would be more expensive to get the part and install than it would to buy a new TV. Was just charged for the service call which was extremely reasonable.

Fantastic. Joe is professional, provided an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He picked up the TV and actually fixed and returned the next day which was remarkable. I would recommend ABC TV out of Elgin to anyone in need of a TV repair, Joe is the best!

Joe offered Outstanding service. Came out quickly, and extremely pleasant professional person, who really seems to enjoy his work and has a deep knowledge of tv and video going back quite a few years. Knew with minutes what repair was needed, after a very reasonable service charge to come out and see our tv (Its a big older one that was nearly 200 lbs!) I wasn't sure I could find a good technician anymore, and Joe definitely has superb customer service skills as well. Highly recommended, and will use him again in the future.

Joe was very prompt and came out, diagnosed the problem with my HD Tv, took the part, fixed it and came back the next day. I was having a party on Saturday and he did this in two days. I used him exclusively because of the ratings he had on Angies List. This is the first time I have used your service and was extremely happy.

After describing the problem to him, Joe was able to come out the following day, and this was after a bad snowstorm. He showed up on time and after just 20 minutes was able to fix the problem without having to order another motherboard, which was what the previous repairman had told me was the problem. Joe was efficient, and highly knowledgeable and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He tested all the peripherals, such as the set top box and the DVD player, to see where the problem was and this is exactly what was needed, as the previous technician did none of this. He actually saved me at least $300 more, as I already had paid $49 for the service call from the other repair shop. I would never hesitate to recommend Joe to any of my friends or neighbors who needed help with their TV or stereo! He saved my sanity!
