It went great! Our old unit was ten years old. The compressor wouldn't start so I had Don come out. He found some burnt contacts and fixed them. He also replaced the contractor. The unit fired right up. He charged $295.00 for the work. A few days later It wouldn't run. I called him. He was at a graduation party, but took the time to walk me through a few things. The breaker had popped. The unit was up for a few days and then stopped again. Don came out and found a burnt contact on the compressor. It couldn't be fixed so he shut it down for safety. He found us a new compressor to save us money, but we opted for a newer high efficiency unit. They installed it a few days later. Don and Frank are highly skilled. They are honest and a pleasure to work with. Don always took the time to explain options and details. He really did try to save us money. You don't see that much these days. The unit and e-coil they installed came with a lifetime warranty on the compressor and ten years on parts. Don even reduce my bill by knocking of the cost of the first visit. Great Job!
