Staging is partly an artful presentation of a room. ​Decorating and redesign are all about personalizing a space to reflect the occupant's own tastes and lifestyle; staging is meant to show off the space in a house in an appealing but non-personal way that all viewers can envision themselves moving right into. Virtually Staging is only a visual way of placing furniture in a 2D view; it also helps with showcasing other furniture placing staging options for an inexpensive cost to the occupant's owner that is wanting to stage their home without a higher cost. Whichever style of staging you choose should have clean lines and look generically pleasant. Furniture for the staged homes should provide the idea of "comfortable and cozy house" but not "someone else's house." Being an interior designer, I select a sophisticated design to the selected space with is the intended functions, what is the mood I want the room to express and successfully exhibiting a sense of harmony.
