I had planned on doing this job myself (running buried water line to a building 300 ft from an existing water line and installing two outdoors hydrants).  After several miserable weekends dealing with cold and rain I decided the job was more than I could handle.
I called Griffin Plumbing on the weekend and left a message.  I receive a call back the next Monday morning and had an on-site discussion of the job that afternoon.  The work was scheduled to be done on Thursday that week provided they were able to finish the job they were working on Wednesday.  I received a call Thursday morning stating the Wednesday job was not done yet and that they would be here to do my job on Friday.  I received a call Friday morning confirming they were on their way to do the work.
The job was completed on Friday with minimal interruption of water service to the home.  I am very pleased with the results and consider it money well spent.

If we need a plumber in the future Griffin is the first place we will call.

I called Griffin and they immediately came out the same day. Very polite all work preformed was done in a timely manner. They explained everything as they were doing it. I had a horrible smell in my bathroom apparently from the previous owner of my house doing some "self plumbing" Griffin fixed it all and im very satisfied!

We came out from Philadelphia for a few days to accomplish work on a family owned farmhouse in S. Illinois. Jeff Griffin and his son Cade came out on time to meet us at the house and began working on our plumbing project. I had purchased a vanity/ sink unit which was not compatible with the plumbing arrangement and was not returnable so they retrofitted the cabinet to make it work. It turned out to take a lot longer than we expected but they did a professional job. We are very happy with the result and appreciate the fact that they came on time since we only had a few days to get the work accomplished before returning home.

There were no problems scheduling and getting an estimate done.

They are very prompt, efficient, professional and do a really nice job.
