Installation was fast and clean. Location of new devices was discussed and approved prior to installation. When everything operational the system was tested several times and we received complete instructions on how to use the system. We ran through use of the system several times until the tech and I felt comfortable with the system operation.The tech called a few days later to review the instructions and answer any questions. He returned a week later to install a camera and connect to the security system.

The installation was quick and painless. Having an existing alarm system with old wired devices was a challenge to be integrated with a new and modern wireless system. The Zoepaz service tech was very knowledgeable about all types of alarm systems and made the transition and integration look easy. Very close attention was paid to every detail especially when it came to programing the main control panel. Total interaction between us and the service tech going through the steps of how to arm and disarm along with what verbal messages we wanted the alarm system to announce when activated.
The system was throughly tested and the service tech did not leave until we ere completely satisfied with all of the work. The entire experience was stress free due to the professional service tech that showed obvious confidence when working on the system. I tend to be a and quot;hands onand quot; customer and the Zoepaz tech answered everyone of my questions without hesitation and with a smile. We intend to add more devices in the future and will most certainly call on Zoepaz for the installation.
