Mr. David rebuilt a 1960’s home for us both inside and out! He can do just about anything and is extremely neat, tidy and reliable. He’s worked on multiple Jones of friends and family and everyone has been quite happy with his work! It’s a blessing to have his number in my phone !!

We needed to have our front porch railings rebuilt due to wood rot. It consisted of creating new railings and balustrades. I hired David but I am not happy with the job as the balustrades are not uniformly shaped. It is so drastic I am looking for someone new to fix if possible. The job also included staining the newly installed cedar. He was able to match the color but the stain coverage was poor, some areas needing a 2nd coat. When politely requesting these issues be repaired, he was quick to say "Yes" He came back and in 15 minutes left stating it was all complete. Much of the wood still wasn't stained properly and the balustrades were never fixed at all. I spent $3000. I would not hire him again. My mistake was not to review the work closely before paying. I suspect if I would have held off paying the balance these issues would have been corrected.

I called David to inquire of his availability to do a small job. As it turned out he lived very close to me, and the timing was right, he came to my house within 10 min! Fantastic, as our front door was no longer latching and we were unable to keep it closed. He was very pleasant and very willing to dig in and rectify the problem. Our door shifted over time and our latch strike needed to be lowered, however there was no good way to do this as the old latch strike hole would need to be filled first so we could drill in new holes. He fixed the problem by cutting a bigger hole in the new latch strike. It solved the problem, but the new latch strike had some scratches, bent from the cutting of the metal. No big deal as no one really sees it. I'm happy we are effectively able to close the door again. I did think his price was a bit high, $100/hour, he was here about 1/2 hour, so the cost for this small job was $50. But overall was very, very grateful he came as quickly as he did and fixed the problem.

He did an awesome job. He called to set up an appointment and showed up on time ready to answer all of my questions. He had the estimate for us by the next day and final add-on's the day. He showed up the day we scheduled and finished the job by the time promised. He is professional, on time, hard working and very polite! Plan on calling him again for more house improvements!

He showed up on time and did a wonderful job fixing all of the electrical issues we needed addressed.  I will be using him again for other jobs that need to be done in the house.

Came on time. Has extensive experience with inside and outside home work. Has worked for home building contractor. Fixed seven sets of closet doors. Installed new hardware at top of doors that slide in track and installed stabilizers in floor for doors. Installed 11 sets of shutters after removing old ones in very cold weather. Hung new bathroom mirrors and installed new wooded transition piece between a wood floor and ceramic.

Very clean and neat. Did an excellent job. Will definitely use him again. Highly recommend!!!
