I had a patio with two seat walls and steps installed about 10 years ago. Now I am having to have the patio repaired and steps replaced due to the companies inept installation.  The seat wall began to lean within the first 6 months of installation. The company had to come out and rebuild the wall.  When they did this they didn't cut the bricks correctly and left several gaps in the wall that you can see light through.  The seat wall's cap bricks have since fallen off requiring us to have them repaired. More disturbing is that the brick steps were build right against the wooden house w/o any gap or flashing causing my wooden house to rot out.  The steps also fell apart.   We had a driveway installed by the same company 16 years ago. That as done properly, but the patio must have been done by a different team.  Very disappointing and now have costly repairs required to fix my house and correct the brick work.

They came as planned.  The were efficient and careful.  I liked how nicely the workers worked together.  They weren't exactly sure how they would lay the bricks in one area and clearly spent some time figuring out the plan.  When the job was complete, they cleaned up the parking space where they had unloaded the bricks.  The sprayed the bushes in the yard that had gotten dusty from cutting the bricks. They replaced sod that had to be removed, doing an excellent piecing job.
In the end, we ended up with a beautiful brick pathway that almost likes a dry riverbed--it flows.  Beautiful job!!  It sure was a pleasure to hire workers who were so professional, respectful, and artistic.

They responded quickly to my request. Beautifully done. Workers left the job area clean. Very pleased with work.

Initially work was done well and looked very good. Mark was great, but he is no longer employed with them. After a couple years we wanted some things fixed. The work was still under 100% warranty on many parts. We wanted them to fix loose pavers on the walls and step areas, and fill in missing sand. Initially the owner came out and reviewed the work needed. They then sent out some guy that could barely speak english with his small crew. He was very rude when I suggested we review what needed to be done. His comment was, and quot;don't worry, I check everythingand quot;, which he repeated multiple times as he wouldn't even look at you when he said it, as if I the owner was bothering him. Well he didn't do everything and what he did do was not done correctly. The few loose pavers he re-installed are now not flush with the top of the patio wall, and the steps he did are not flush flat with the other steps next to it. Again I will mention he missed many spots that were loose and did not put sand in where they said they would do that also.
After calling and complaining about the work, I couldn't get them to send anyone else out to complete the work and fix what he had done. The final comment I got from Marianne and Phil in there office was this and quot;I let the owner know about your patio issues. Our crews are currently very busy working on some large-scale jobs before fall hits -- at this point you might want to just go with an alternate company to make sure it gets fixed before winter.and quot;
All I can say is so much for their warranty and standing by their product.
We continue to have many other problems with their work, and it's all only a few years old now.
I would not use this company. They do not stand by their work and it does not last. Poor quality at a high price.

They ripped up the half of the whole patio and re-positioned everything because the original contractor had improperly installed a portion of it. They ended up doing a total professional job. We found damage to the house from carpenter ants. He had a carpenter come out and take care of that in a very professional manner, above and beyond. Instead of just putting the original type of wood back which would have been a pain, he ended up suggesting that we turn around and put treated wood back there, so it will have at least 40 year life span and in case there is a problem with ants again. Interlocking Pavers came back and did a beautiful job by putting it back to making a safe entrance and exit when people are going out of my patio. I have plans to use him again in this year.

The finished product looks nice. Needed a repair done this year and it was hard to locate the company. They never sent a hard copy of the original contract(which bothered me), so when I went back through my e-mails trying to find the proposal and their contact info, I found that their phone number had changed and their old website was no longer in use. Finally got the phone number for the owner from the neighbor who recommended them to me. The owner gave me the new office number. Took a few phone calls and one missed appointment to finally get repairs done.

They told me they'd call me the Fall because the weather wasn't where it should be. When I called them in the Fall they told me that that it was too late in the season and they'd have to come out in the Spring. However Spring came and went and I never heard anything from them. I have other work that I'd like them to do but I'm a little hesitant now due to their lack of follow through.

I liked everything about them. They were the most specific in their estimate. They estimated exactly what I wanted. They broke the estimate down the way I wanted them to. They were very detail oriented. When we commited to the job they were out within a week. They had the job completed in one week.

The designer was great to work with. I received several estimates and their price was not the lowest, however, the designer was the only one who actually listened to my ideas. The work crew was very professional and the designer checked regularly on their progress.

I saw them at a home show and I really liked the display that they had at the show. I think that they really have good designers and their installers are top notch. They are very professional and once you get them scheduled, they show up on time and ready to work. If there is anything that does come up, because they are really busy, then they will call you in advance to let you know if they may be running late. They are not the cheapest though.

The workers were extremely polite and professional. The work was excellent. They were here on time, and their work ethic was tremendous. Calls were not returned as promised and a voice mail was not answered. I had to contact the company to remind them to set a date for the installation, even though I had left a voice mail that we were set to go and the ball was in their court.
