Tyson was able to remove the broken cartridge that I had tried to remove myself, which lead to me shutting off the water main. After removing the broken cartridge, Tyson installed the new one that I purchased.

Tyson was amazing. He knew exactly what happened and what needed to be done. Tyson skillful removed piece after piece of this 1988 bonded cartridge that had been shattered inside. I highly recommend Tyson above anyone else. Highly professional.

Tyson was on time and very thoughtful about how this work was done. The spigots (he called them sillcocks) were all very old. They leaked every time you turned them on and they vibrated the walls when they were on.  He replaced them with very high quality spigots. In two cases, he had to make a hole in the interior of the wall and each time he used a little drywall cover.  The interior of the last spigot was accessible only through a weird place near the drop ceiling of our basement. The new spigots work perfectly. No vibrations, no leaks.
In the previous job in March 2013, he replaced the injection pump in our basement. It had completely stopped working and so there was a sense of urgency. He replaced it the same day we called and did a great job. We have not had any problems.

He's wonderful. He's honest, and tries to save me money. He's very punctual and always answers his phone or calls you right back.
