Epic was the lowest price which was a big reason we went with them. Unfortunately the quality was far below what we paid. This should have been a 2-3 week job but it lasted almost 2 months. Not all of the delay was Mark’s (Epic Rehab’s) fault, since the cabinets were not delivered when he expected but he was not ready for the cabinets at that time anyway. Mark was disorganized constantly running out to get materials and/or tools or he would end up borrowing our tools and supplies. We were also very disappointed in the quality of the work. Tiles were not installed flat and level on the floor or the shower walls. The tiled shower floor does not drain well. The shower niche for the shampoo is so sloped that the bottles barely stay on the shelf. We also had to stay on top of corrections otherwise the quality would have been even worse with both the tiling, spackling, levelness of the toilet, etc. When we brought many of these items up to him, his normal answer was that ‘this is normal’ but even though we’re not a professional contractor we knew it was far from normal. Mark and his workers also left tracks throughout the house going from the garage to the bathroom which we had to clean up each day. The contract also stated that there would be 3 payments, 1 at the time of the contract, 1 halfway and 1 when completed. Though the job was only about 1/3 completed, Mark asked for the 2nd payment stating that it was further than it looked. Though we doubted the progress we paid him as he requested. Later and though the job was far from complete he asked for another $1,500 payment before he installed the cabinets, shower and sink faucets, shower door, and doing the touch up painting. Though he never told us he was going to increase the cost $200 for a small amount of extra tiling, he said he’d waive the fee which seemed to be his attempt to try to get the additional funds earlier than the completion of the contract. Trying to keep the project moving we paid him $1,000 instead leaving the balance of $1,500. Finally, after the cabinets, shower door and faucets were installed, we decided to pay him the remaining balance just to get him out of the house even though there was at least another day or 2 of work to be completed. We ended up finishing the floor trim by the cabinets, towel bars, mirror and a few other miscellaneous items. In our opinion, the overall quality was poor for a professional remodel. Though he was the cheapest, we got less than what we paid for which was very disappointing. We would have happily paid more to someone else if we had known how this would have worked out. If you hire Epic Rehab, you could expect the job to take longer than expected, the quality to be poor, and for him to try to change the contract mid stream to get his money sooner.

From my first contact with Mark he was prompt, helpful and professional. Mark came by soon after we spoke to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. When he suggested a more cost effective solution to our problem than we had thought about - we had water damage in our Pergo flooring in the kitchen - I knew we had our guy. Although we ended up going the more costly route (albeit much less than the competitors), I greatly appreciated his concern for providing a solution that wouldn't break the bank.
Mark had an opening the next week and was able to start work quickly. In the meantime, he was very helpful with suggestions on what tile we should consider, where to find cost-effective tile and he was always quick to respond. Mark completed the project in less than a week. 
Now that a couple of months have passed, I can say without hesitation that I would recommend Mark and will use him again in the future. The work was excellent and we have no signs of any post-work issues (he provided a guarantee if anything were to arise). We couldn't be happier!

Beautiful! They did the all the work while I was at work. I especially liked that Mr. Crites had ideas for me when I wasn't even sure what I wanted!

I was looking to remodel my bathroom but I have a hard time visioning things. I explained to Mark the ideas I had and he made them all become a reality. He knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me design the whole thing. From picking out the tile, to adding beautiful details, he made the process so simple and was able to capture the image I had in my mind. From start to finish, he completed my bathroom in one week and came in under budget! I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an expert in the field. I am so happy with the outcome, I could not ask for more.
